Refund policy
Returns Policy
At Dusk and Desire, we prioritise hygiene, safety and product integrity. Due to the nature of our products, we have strict return guidelines in place.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition, with all packaging intact
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging.
Klymx Fantasy Range (Important)
For our Klymx fantasy range, additional hygiene standards apply:
- Once a product has been removed from its sealed foil packaging, it is no longer eligible for a change of mind return or refund
- However, if a Klymx product is deemed faulty, you are still entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
This policy is strictly enforced to ensure customer safety and product quality.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request:
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Your order number and details
If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
